1. Purpose

Radio amateurs all over the world can communicate with any other radio amateurs within 24 hours, and encourage as many radio stations as possible to contact Chinese provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions/special administrative regions.

2. Contest date

SSB Mode :The third Saturday of April, from 06:00UTC Saturday to 05:59UTC Sunday, a total of 24 hours.

3. Contest bands

80 meters (3.5MHz), 40 meters (7MHz), 20 meters (14MHz), 15 meters (21MHz), 10 meters (28MHz) five amateur frequency bands.

4. General rules

4.1 All transmitters and receivers must be located within a diameter of 500m. All antennas used by the competitor must be physically connected to the RF Transceivers with wire (feeder) .

4.2 Allows the use of remote-control transceiver devices, and the operator's operating location is not restricted, but only one site that meets the requirements of 4.1 can be used to send and receive signals.

4.3 Participants of all categories are allowed to use packet, web-cluster , skimmer, and RBN networks.

4.4 Self-spotting in any form is not allowed.

Notice:

*The definition of China includes all administrative regions listed in 6.2.

*Although Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Huangyan Island, and Dongsha Islands have separate DXCC prefixes, they all belong to China, and there is no separate award-winning quota，but they count for DXCC multipliers.

5.1 Single opeartor categories

5.1.1 Only one signal is allowed to on air at any time during the contest.

5.1.2 All operations, logging and spotting functions can only be completed by a single participant, and no other operator is allowed to assist in listening or sending.

5.1.3 For the single operator field all band category ( SOAB-FD-L , SOAB-FD-Q , note: the field category is only suitable for Chinese participants) , all antennas must be erected temporarily, and line power cannot be used as a power supply. When submitting the log, photos of the station location, antenna, equipment, etc. are attached to help the competition committee determine whether the competition is in a typical field environment.

5.2 Multi operators categories

5.2.1 Multi operators and multi transmitters (MM) : There is no limit to the numbers of transceiver, and the power is not distinguished in the all band, but each band can only have one transmitting signal at the same time.

5.2.2 Multi operators dual transmitters (M2-L) : limited to low power (no more than 100W) all bands, allowing simultaneous operation of two bands, but each band can only have one transmit signal at the same time.

7. QSO points

7.1 For Chinese participants:

• QSO between stations in 34 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions/special administrative regions : 1 point
• QSO with other Asian DXCC countries other than 34 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions/special administrative regions : 1 point
• QSO with stations from other continents : 3 points
• QSO with marine mobiles (/MM) and air mobiles (/AM) not counts multiplier, but worth 2 points for any participants
• The QSO points on the 10m and 40m bands is multiplied by 2, and the QSO points on the 80m band is multiplied by 4

7.2 Non-Chinese participants:

• QSOs with stations within the same continental: 1 point
• QSO with stations from different continents : 3 points
• QSO with marine mobiles (/MM) and air mobiles (/AM) not counts multiplier, but worth 2 points for any participants
• The QSO points on the 10m and 40m bands is multiplied by 2, the QSO points on the 80m band is multiplied by 4
• The QSO with Chinese stations is multiplied by 2 after the above score

8. Multipliers

8.1 A multiplier is counted in each band with each different province/municipality/autonomous region/special administrative region of China.

8.2 Counts a multiplier for each different DXCC entities in each band.

9 Scoring

Final score = total QSO points × sum of multipliers (i.e. Chinese provincial multipliers + DXCC multipliers).

10 Dupes

10.1 Duplicate contacts refer to communications between the same station in the same band. If the first contact between two stations is valid, the following duplicated contacts counts 0 points. If the first contact is invalid, the second (or following duplicates) call will be accepted.

10.2 Duplicate contacts will not be penalized. Nor does it need to be identified in the contest log submission. Additionally, entrants are advised to keep a record of duplicate communications in the contest log. Do not delete duplicate contacts!

11. General Requirements for Contest Log Submissions

Strongly recommended to use an electronic contest log and submit online using the web page, for each possible high scorer is requried to provide an electronic contest log by the WAPC competition committee.

11.1 Recommended to use DX-LOG, SD, N1MM , and WINTEST as the contest logging software. Using N1MM, you need to download the corresponding user defined contest module from http://www.mulandxc.com.

11.2 Submit the contest log in CABRILLO format to the organizing committee after the competition. It is recommended to use the online webpage log submission.

11.8 If you have difficulties in accessing the webpage to submit the contest log online, you can also choose to submit your log via email to : mulandxc @ hotmail.com . If the format of the submitted file cannot be converted correctly by the competition committee, it will be regarded as an invalid contest log . 11.8 The calculation of basic points and the final scores is not mandatory, it will be finally calculated by the competition committee's software.

12. Contest Log Submission Deadlines

12.1 The contest log must be submitted to the competition committee within 7 days after the competition ( no later than 2025-04-26 UTC 06:00 ), Any log submitting delay under special circumstances, a detailed description is required. Participants who submit the log late without reasonable explanation in advance will not be accepted for awarding.

13.2 Plaques: For multi-operators and single-operator all-bands categories, and QSOs exceeds 50 for high power categories ,QSOs exceeds 30 for low power categories , or QSOs exceeds 15 for QRP categories, they will be awarded according to the number of plagues range listed in Section 5 . Note: There is no field day type categories for competitor outside of China, and only electronic certificates will be issued for all single-band categories.

14. Deduct scores

The QSO in the following situations will be double deducted (the original points is not counted, and the double of original points will be deducted):

• incorrectly logged call signs;
• Incorrectly logged exchange information;
• QSO does not appear in the contest log of the opposing station.

QSOs for the following situations will neither scoring nor deducting points:

• The QSO time in your log is more than 10 minutes different from the time in the log of the opponent station
• The QSO band in your log is different from that of the opposing station
• Duplicate entries not in the opposing station's contest log.

15．Penalties

If the competitor uses a method that violates competition ethics to improve the competition performance (for example, self-spotting or disguised self-announcement, using high-power competition than declaring a low-power category, etc.), or there is evidence for who violated the law according to the local communication regulations during the contest, the competition committee will issue warnings, deduct scores or even disqualify the competitor.

10 повторений

14 вычесть баллы

10 繰り返し

11 コンテストログ提出の一般要求
